This steamer is excellent for the price.
This steamer is particularly awesome for such a small size and for its price.
Also, i did not receive a discount for this item, i paid full price and it was worth every penny.
I end up spending so much money on dry cleaning, but that's not a sustainable option.
Shipping
I'm changing my review to 5 stars, mainly because this shipper's customer service is just beyond awesome.
They promptly shipped it, it arrived and testing it out seems to work with no issues.
Perhaps before writing a sloppy review, consider giving the shipper a chance to make the defect right.
The offered to ship me a new steamer and explained that i received a malfunctioning item.
Packaging/appearance
Girlfriend and i had used this on a couple silk traditional chinese garments after we had packed it for a wedding.
This is a really beautiful example of "design" it is very elegant in all parts.
I received the model that looked like the one in the picture (ps-510).
It no longer fits in the iron rack that i was storing it in, but it's still "packable" for travel in my opinion.
Competitiveness
It was also very easy to set up the elite garment steamer and it worked just as good as the commercial steamer at my job.
This unit and the 220 ml unit seem to be of great value among your other options.
With pursteam this is no longer the case.
