It securely holds my mini ipad through meetings. Used to mount my table pos for events.
These are heavy and nearly indestructible. Very sturdy and versatile. I'm a picky person when it comes to my purchases.

Bought several for friends, family and myself. I love this but it broke recently so had to order another one. Bought this for work and it is the only one i buy.
Cons
Both stands are broken. They are durable but not long-lasting. They need to fix the ways the * are attached.

I had plastic tripod broke after about 4 use plastic warped and it was winter time could understand if been summer .
Oven been thru that with two phone cases i wasted money on and some are also big , bulky and heavy!

A little pricey, but definitely worth it.

I have a home recording studio and i bought this so i could position an ipad running avid control angled slightly up and just to the side of my control surfaces

I found that because the articulating arm also swivels its possibly to get the ipad or tablet into whatever position you need it in
