I was looking for a receiver for my 6534 roku tv and to also connect an old technics turntable to and connect 2 large speakers

It took me a while to get the tv set up as the arc connection on my tv was not working

Then i found that i could connect the tv directly to the receiver through the square 34optical34 cord digital audio out on back of tv connection
