Pros & Cons
Pros
This is a fabulous starter guitar. Perfect size for my 8 yr old boy to start learning on. We are excited for her to start taking classes & getting used to playing her first instrument!
The intonation is very good for the price, just a few cents off at the octave. The only issue we have with it is that there is no prong for the strap.
Cons
A decent beginner guitar cannot be purchased new for under $150. For a beginner, this is a huge problem because you won't know what the chords should sound like. It's junk if it can't be played. Wait to return, must have a guitar for lessons.
This guitar is very cheaply built. The 3 low strings are completely dead on the first fret. One string is so long and unattached that it needs to be completely redone.

The strings must be retuned when new to get them properly stretched but that happens with all nylon strings
