Pros & Cons

Pros

Sturdy and straight. Base is much sturdier than the top plate. It's very sturdy, but a little bulkier than i was hoping (for travel) it holds my epson projector very well.

Assembly is minimal and adjustability is plentiful. Assembles easily and feels very sturdy.

They work perfectly for this. But not a big deal. Highly recommend.

Stand is good for the price but, the tray is plastic and a bit flimsy. I use it as an audio mixer stand next to my drum set so for my setup i need the stand in "portrait" but the shelf only tilts in "landscape". Plenty of space on the tray.

Part of the sturdiness of this stand comes from the robust clamping. It is adjustable by placing a rod in pre-drilled holes on the shaft. It's easy to adjust and seems very stable.

Cons

The welder didn't even get a flush fit between them. They seem to have a problem getting a strong weld at the crossbar section. The welding on the t joint is bad and it was done at an angle.
