Pros

Only complaint is that the headphone jack does give off a small bit of static, but i don't use headphones a ton so it isn't to bad. Watts does the trick - most times it is set at about 1/4 the power and is remarkably loud.

It's about the size of a car stereo head unit. But it kicks out the power. Diminutive size works for my application. Not a deal breaker, just a thought.

There are numerous features on this device that have worked excellently on my device and i would recommend it.

The linksys re6500 works with apple airplay. It streams directly to the ipad over wifi. The dac that reads from the usb continues to work while the memory is connected, even if i am not using it.

Turn the volume up about 3/4 and adjust the bass to your speakers. I run my record player to it through a preamp and it sounds great. If you want a decent sounding light duty amp, this one is great!

Cons

This unit does a great job i can hear and the sound quality is excellent.

Installation was very easy and we're very happy with the volume levels.

I didn’t bother with the app ( doesn’t seem to be available anymore on ios) i just plugged right into the router through the lan plug.

Had a bit tricky connection first time with the bluetooth but finally got it.

Competitiveness

I read a review that said its plug and play, so i connected it to my network with a cat5 cable.

I'm running it through a pair of 6x9 three-way speakers, and it just pounds!
