Pros

Lid fits and seals on the 4 cup round pyrex glass container. Have held up to dishwasher well without any issues. They seem identical to the original lids with my pyrex and anchor hocking sets.

Cons

When reheating a marinara, the lid practically melted into the glass container. They never go in the dishwasher nor the microwave. Plastic is thinner here and cheaply made.
