Pros
It's nice to be able to get replacements! However is is a perfect replacement. Cheaper than buying the whole dish.

It fits great, seals well and is high quality.
Original lid had an unfortunate run-in with the heating element on the dishwasher!
Price
Price is a little high but i needed these and was willing to pay the price.
Product was as expected, but it costs a lot.
Shipping
It is also cheaper than getting a lid from pyrex when you factor in shipping.
Packaging/appearance
Packaging was great but expensive for just for one lid.
