Pros
These are great, no-nonsense pie plates. Love the size and depth.
Cons
The plates they sent me have a gray hue. They are not trademarked pyrex and have mismatching labels on the bottom. Glass bottoms were warped.

Pyrex flat edge and not deep dish

They do not have the fluted edges that make other pans hard to clean and interfere with sculpting your own border on the crust

You dont have to make super big crusts and try to fit them in like you do when working with the popular deep dish pans with the fancy edges that are on the market now

If there is a large ruffle rim it doesnt work as well
