Lovely and strong, i have baked my roast potatoes on them many times over.

Really useful when trying to come away from using non stick baking sheets or baking parchment.

Excellent cookware but always heavier than average cookware !

Long, not too deep, which is my personal preference for lasagña dish (about 4 layers of pasta).
