Pros

It functions fine, hasn't broken yet in a couple months of use, has the same markings, etc. The downside is it just feel as sturdy and thick as the old one. This new one is much thicker and heavier. Same type markings as my old cup.

This is shameful. If this is a true pyrex then i am santa claus. Very disappointed. Oh well. What a huge disappointment for this life long advocate.

While the cup seems sturdy enough, it is now absolutely useless as a measuring cup. The milliliter measurement is pretty worthless.

I have never once scrubbed it; it always goes in the dishwasher. It is likely the paint/ink is incompatible with modern dishwashing detergent.

Be careful in ordering your pyrex glassware. The quality is extremely poor as the red measuring marks washed off within a month. The one on the right has the lower case which is a cheap soda ash glass.

I was relieved to see the features i liked about my mom's cup were still present in the new one.

Came in one piece, is completely dishwasher safe and doesn't get all gross and scratched up like a plastic one.
