Pros
These pyrex storage containers are just perfect. Works in freezer, oven, dishwasher. The lid is a bit more particular, so--when a cover is needed--i use a paper plate in the microwave.
Small size rounds are great for storing everything from paper clips to tacks and nails. Clean up is a breeze and the tops fit snuggly for storage.
Red lids have only mild plastic smell and fit well. Lids fit well and do not leak. It has a (bpa-free) plastic lid.
Cons
Neither the lids nor the glass containers themselves identify the total cup capacity (which is typical of all pyrex containers) glass bowls were shipped nested inside of one another, and cannot be separated. They are clearly not new! They are somewhat... Read More

Yes, it has a (bpa-free) plastic lid, but i don't pack it so full that the lid is in contact with the food.

Just don’t put them on your stove and try to melt your soap shards in them and then they won’t explode all over the kitchen and you’ll be fine

I put the supposedly in there because ive only used them a minute at a time so i dont know what a prolonged nuking would do to them
