I think the advantage of a q-see system is that it is really user friendly for anyone.
Got these vs the smaller qsee bullets for the longer range ir because they are pointed out from the eaves of the roof.

To test it i tried it in two environments 1 pointed to a fairly well lit street and 2 pointed into a nearly pitch black back yard

For the first test well lit i would say that the picture this camera is capable of is excellentmore than sufficient for any purpose
