However the ui is a bit unmanageable and without getting too detailed the playback feature is jussttt ok and the record options on a different computer that is connected to the system are confusing as to where you are recording

It is definitely a sign of cheap production as some piece of it has been broken in many different cases

However im fortunate that the rattling item was probably not essential and was just a piece of plastic broken inside the dvr

Another benefit is the software that comes with it pretty much plug and play

I even used a qr scan to get the app to work with it all the correct information uploaded into the app and useable instantly
