Pros
They are made from a waterproof plastic. The little flowers are bendy so they will not break easily if they fall, hail hits them, or they get stepped on. They work wonderfully and are such a pretty blue color.
Low working voltage is safe to use for family with children. No needed to worry about charging them and no cost for running them through electricity. Photos of two days of charging, sampling, testing wetness, and the fabulous nighttime glow.
You just have to make sure your purpose for them matches their length and brightness. They aren't too bright but they keep her fairy lit perfectly. I highly recommend you try these lights before your next wedding, birthday, graduation and holiday's.
Solar panel with a ground stake for easy positioning. Stand is adjustable so it is not hard to install.

They state they are waterproof indoor/outdoor lights. Stopped working in 2 weeks. The seal on the solar panel is not as durable as expected.

Very bright and long lasting, works all night on a single day charge, even charges on cloudy rainy day
That is not a good use of these lights, they are soft lights and at only 23 ft, not too long when wrapping it.

At half the price, i might buy them again and use several sets to more thoroughly cover the stairs and make it brighter.
I couldn't believe that for less than $10 it even had choices for how the string lights.

Update - based on my original review (which has totally been re-written) they refunded me half my costs for the lights.

Beautiful little lights made a wonderful gift.
I bought 2 sets, and it was enough to wrap the top railing of 12 steps.
