I am amazed of how sturdy the gate is now and it lifts on it own i just pull the handle and there it goes i have never seen it fully extended so i am amazed of the height plus im only 59 so it seems high to me i gave it five stars for speedy delivery shipping method fedex and the way they were packaged i shook the package and it did not make a noise they were tightly packaged once i took out the parts out of the plastic they had some black bubbly looking dots on them but its nothing just probably some over spray from the factory overall condition was clean just some oily stuff on the top and bottom probably from factory

The seal on the supports were very hard to break
