These are tastythey have enough calories for a partial meal replacementgreat for after a workout in the early morning i have one with a cup of coffee after my 1500m daily swimthese bars are from a reputable nationwide companythe bars come in a large box and are enough for a months worth of workouts or possible needif there was any negative about these bars and its not just these bars but all protein bars it is that they do not hold up well in hot weather

These are slightly chalky as protein bars can sometimes be but we quickly got used to this and it was masked by the peanut butter taste

Its there but i would describe this more like a lightly peanutflavored granola rather than a peanut butter bar
