Excellent breakfast alternative and meets low sugar expectation

I love this for breakfast but have only found it once in my local stores

This seems to be the original recipe before they added so much sugar that it was too sickening to eat

Additionally the lower sugar content makes it an appropriate choice to help me control my diabetes
