Pros

Three boxes of cinnamon cereal at a significant discount from buying local is a steal! Good price for 3 boxes.

It has 3 g of fiber to fill your stomach, and keep you from getting hungry until lunchtime. I like to put the bowl in the freezer and get it ice cold before i put the cereal and milk on. This cereal is good just by itself.

Cons

It has wheat flour in it,so certainly not gluten free. Almost tasted like chocolate. Instead of reminiscing on my childhood while enjoying a few bowls of cereal, i was reminiscing what i could have done instead.
