Quality

I've tried others and this one is the smoothest, with the richest and sweetest oat taste, and makes the best hot cereal.

Fortunately for me, the actual product was not damaged and i am thankful.

Packaging/appearance

Outside of repackaging i don't see how they can resolve this issue.

Hopefully the vendor can change the packaging for the oat bran not to spill out of it anywhere.
