I would have given 5 stars if these were not so expensive.
However, over priced when you can find them in a local store.
Shipping
)wonderful, fresh, super quick shipping with amazon prime.
Moved south in retirement and found nothing but instant, quick grits in local stores.
I'll just have to buy a couple more cans to maximize the shipping rate.
Packaging/appearance
I wanted real, southern grits with "grits" actually on the packaging and not "polenta" or some other type of ground cornmeal.
I was rather surprised and disappointed that the container was so small.
Competitiveness
They come out thicker, creamier, and with more satisfying big pieces than the 5-min grits sold in the grocery store.
