The steel cut oats are healthier than the more processed oats. A packet of these oats is 180 calories - compared to most regular flavored instant oat meals by quaker which are between 110 and 130.
It tastes liked baked apple crisp and is sooo good!

I love the steel cut because it is thicker oatmeal and is even better when i add raisins.

The entire berry crisp (using literally any berry) totals around 420 calories and is unbelievably filling.
Last year i was introduced to these 'steel cut oats' and ever since i've been hooked.
Price
Found them cheaper at our grocery store, so we will not be ordering again from amazon, unless price decreases.
I found them here and a almost 1/2 the price.
Shipping
They were delivered earlier than expected and everything about the order was great.
Arrived quickly and will be purchasing again soon.
Packaging/appearance
Each packet offers up a pretty good serving that leaves you feeling full for a few hours.

They're a bit bigger of a serving "per packet" than regular oats, because they are denser.
I followed the directions on the package and found i like it better with a splash of almond milk after it's cooked.

I tried regular microwave oats after eating this and there is no comparison.

It took some trial and error to figure out how much water to use and make sure you see the directions say to microwave at 50 power

I thought the flavor and sweetness were great but my partner thought it smelled like a cinnamon roll shop and was too sweet

Most microwave oatmeal does not have enough texture for me but this has a nice bit of chewy oats that is more like a stovetop cooked steel cut oatmeal
