    When i eat this oatmeal plain ill usually mix in a bit of milk and some applesauce or fresh baked apple peices

    Instant microwavable berry crisp recipeingredients1 tbs butter can be substituted with margarine for lower calorie or coconut oil for a vegan vegetarian alternative1 packet of quaker steel cut brown sugar and cinnamon oatmeal2 cups of any frozen berries you desire i use wild blueberries raspberries and blackberriesin a bowl take the butter and oatmeal and crush them together with a fork until the mixture becomes crumbly
