Works great for my upper back and neck issues but the elastic strap isnt long enough to wrap around the back of my recliner

I had purchased a replacement ac adapter charger power cord just in case for this product and wouldnt you know it the blades got stuck in the electric outlet from the original

It says onoff on the button but also when you turn it on you can hit it again and it will start massaging with heat and then press again to just have massagers rolling around with no heat and then turn it off if hit the button again
