Both entire bottles contain these same unevenly mixed capsules. I have no confidence that they contain exactly (or even nearly) what the label claims. I regularly use other qol supplements but this just did not deliver any noticeable benefits.

Quality of life is a very reliable company.
It's exhausting and causes some balance issues.
Do not bother with the 10mg bottles.
Price
The price of this pqq is reasonable as well.
Packaging/appearance
No leeched chemicals into the pqq from plastic bottles.
Competitiveness
This with 50mg ubiquinol and nad+, resveratrol, and a genetic based supplement program have been awesome for dealing with chronic fatigue.
I have been using this 20mg dosage for a week and it seems to work well.
If it has this benefit, then that is a major anti-aging benefit.
After about 6 weeks i began to give her the vita pqq, and saw improvement.

I have taken it for about 6 years and while i cant say it alone has had amazing benefits i am 42 and was mistaken for 28 and 26 in the last few weeks
