They can easily be broken open and poured over food or mixed into a smoothie

The only drawback is that these are expensive and cost more than 100 for 120 capsules

I can see how these would be beneficial from the research on alphaglucans and even mushrooms in general

They both cost about the same so if i cant tell a difference by the end of the month i will probably go back to taking the multimushroom complex because it has multiple health benefits

The one benefit to these is that i seem to be able to take two of these three times a day whereas taking over four mushroom capsules a day can over stimulate my system
