Pros

The magnet works great when you have the right product! Only issue is that the board should come with a template for drilling mounting holes. I have no fear of it exploding in our homeschool area as the holes were all drilled correctly.

The floating style is really cool and gives it an extra decorative dimension to it. Allows me to do virtual lectures that look amazing for my viewers and students. The packaging is ok. My 9-year-old niece loves it!

It's hard to complain about a glass surface, aka why i bought this one.

They are cheap and work very well. They are sometimes a little bit harder to find but worth it. It all sounds like a lot, but it is very doable.

Cons

This item is not returnable. The seller has to approve your return after you request it. You have to pay shipping costs for something large and fragile.

Board is crooked. It needs to be hung on a stud and usually stud distances are 16 apart. Board is flimsy and folded paper.

The installation team was supposed to arrive two days ago. Awful install process. The mounting system is utter garbage.

The whiteboard claims to be magnetic, but in reality, it's just a thin sheet of metal behind the glass board. This means it is barely magnetic. It has no magnetic capability whatsoever. It's not magnetic.

This thing is crazy heavy and the dry wall mounts they provided were inadequate.

I don’t recommend trying to install by yourself, won’t work!

Shipping

It shipped quickly in good packaging and arrived in perfect condition.

First one arrived damaged, and they got me a new one much faster than i expected.

Mine came apart during shipping and thankfully the shipping company was able to find the hardware.

Packaging/appearance

So it came in an overly large box.

Imagine my huge disappointment when i opened the box and the required hardware was missing.

Only downside was the box had definitely been put back together.
