The magnet works great when you have the right product! Haven't had any issues with ghosting. It all sounds like a lot, but it is very doable and worth it.
Cons
This item is not returnable. The seller has to approve your return after you request it.
The white has separated. It needs to be hung on a stud and usually stud distances are 16 apart. It's flimsy and fragile. Save yourself time and money and just buy a normal whiteboard and use command strips to put it up.
The whiteboard claims to be magnetic, but in reality, it's just a thin sheet of metal behind the glass board. This means it is barely magnetic. It has no magnetic capability whatsoever. It's not magnetic.
The installation team was supposed to arrive two days ago. Awful install process. Followed the instructions to a t. Manufacturer says they will mail the hardware in 9 days!

The mounting system is simple and sturdy
Very durable easy to clean and look much better than the traditional boards
The anchors are made out of metal rather than plastic and as a result they tear up the dry wall and become loose very easily
This thing is crazy heavy and the dry wall mounts they provided were inadequate
Price
It’s a little more expensive but absolutely worth it
Shipping
It shipped quickly in good packaging and arrived in perfect condition
First one arrived damaged and they got me a new one much faster than i expected
Mine came apart during shipping and thankfully the shipping company was able to find the hardware
Packaging/appearance
Got this for the conference room at my work and its so pretty to look at
So it came in an overly large box
Imagine my huge disappointment when i opened the box and the required hardware was missing
The issue with this is the paper is folded to fit in the packaging
Competitiveness
Much higher qauality and more vivid than other brands
The board cleans better than cheaper dry erase boards that ive used

Looks great i was expecting a more see through glass but i guess if you want magnetic you have to put metal on the back of the board so it comes as white as the metal on the back of the glass is white
