The instructions that come with it totally *, but common sense and perserverance help. It works well - the height and width - for teaching.
Cons
The chalkboard itself is very flimsy. The paint finish is not very durable when chalkboard markers are uses.

Obviously the manufacturer assumes that an intellectual who uses a blackboard is endowed with enough logic to assemble it without the help of an instruction sheet

There were missmatched bolts and screws and some of the screws just werent there at all

On the downside the base lacks wheels and the gliders that came with it come out all the time
