Arrived promptly and is easy to use. Works relly good.
For people complaining about the smell, just like other sanitation devices (soclean, lumin, etc. It seems to be helping the mildew smell we have going on.
The room is safe to enter 30-40 minutes after sanitizing. It's great to run in their homework room after they come home for the week. I also run this in our bathrooms and kitchen at the end of the night when everyone is going to bed.
Cons
The bulb filament was broken and wouldn't light up again. Produces a very bad electrical burning smell when used.
Heed my warning. The customer service is abysmal. Warranty is absolutely worthless.

With the long, exposed tubes, im sure if i dropped it may very well break.
Even if you have to pass through the room, either shut the lamp off with the remote or, wait untit shuts down.
Packaging/appearance
- after the odor disperses, the room tends to smell fresher.
At least that is my take after using it in my basement shower room, which tends to smell a bit musty from the humidity/etc.
Competitiveness
It is very efficient in killing all airborne bacterias, viruses and cysts.
Don’t fall for competitors who claim that theirs do not have that “ozone” smell.

I replaced the bulb with a philips 265850 ozone free bulb so no need to worry about ventilating

All living things aforementioned others must be safely removed from any room being treated and the treated room must be thoroughly ventilated after autoshutoff for about 60 min

Basically i make sure there’s relatively zero “ozonesmell” anywhere in the house especially the treated room
