Pros

This is just the bulb i needed for a particular ceiling mounted light fixture. It provides good light and its predecessor lasted several years in a fixture that is used every day. Our desk lamps works again!

Cons

The westinghouse is a waste of $$$ & time. Bought a genuine one from home depot. Customer service is horrible.

I'm going 5 stars, as the process was fairly painless and the product works.

They just burned out (coincidentally, within 3 weeks of each other), so i picked up another two 3 months ago.

The oil from your fingers will cause the bulbs to crack in a short time.

Very good price, better than in stores.

I am still a little amazed that these "specialty bulbs" are as affordable as they are.

The lights are about 1/2 the price of previous ones bought from home depot, which lasted about 3 years - which ends up being a wash.
