Quality
I was very pleased with the quality of the futon sofa bed and with its appearance.
The quality and comfort are outstanding and it is a beautiful addition to our family room.
It looked like a poor quality old printer copied the instructions.
Assembly wasn’t too difficult with the instructions, other than the last step to put the back/seat into the frame.
Shipping
I made a mistake when ordering, and customer service was great in getting my order corrected before shipping.

The shipping was quick (within a week and a half) and came all at once.
Packaging/appearance
This seller was fantastic to work with, let me know exactly when the futon would arrive and the packaging was very good.
Also, don't grab the mattress by the fabric.

I would have given this 5 stars but the only reason for 4 stars is that it is almost impossible to switch from bed to couch and vice versa with the mattress on the frame

So overall im very happy with my purchase but this was a little bit of a struggle to assemble and the mattress isnt very comfortable on its own

The mattress has these hard plastic bumps all over them that poke you
