Pros

This fits the mattress great. Very nice fitting cover for small mattress. Well made and fit the cot nicely.

Good fit. The quilting is solid workmanship.

This mattress pad is fully waterproof but doesn't feel completely plastic. Adds a nice cushion on top of a folding ottoman bed with featherbed. Did not notice any odor.

Cons

The topper has about 3 inches of soft padding. It claims to be a memory pad but it's not. Both new mattresses are full of pee stains. Not worth $30.
