It takes some adjustment with the light and when you do it kinda loosens the nut that holds it tight

This light is almost too bright for a simple planted jar unexpected for the price compared to twice as much for a similar product

However the light itself gets so hot that it could burn your hand if you touched the top of it for more than a second

Not sure why the review is asking me to talk about the timer it does not come with one just a simple onoff switch on the cord
