The hazard flasher is a direct plug in, the turn signals you need to make a couple wire leads to reverse the connection.
If you plug these in and don't get flashing, provided you have all leds you might want to check out and swap the leads.

If you plug these in and dont get flashing provided you have all leds you might want to check out and swap the leads

I think they are labeled x and l on the bottom l is your load that is where your lights should be connected
