Pros

These are so handy. Love the quick access. That style is not quick to change bits though, so if you are swapping bits a lot these are better.

They are not overly bulky so fit in tight spaces. Lock easy to disengage to change bits. The locking mechanism is really helpful.

Cons

One complete. Highly dissatisfied and disappointed. Too much play' in the fitting that holds the bit, making precise drilling virtually impossible. It's loose where it connects to the hex insert.
