Pros

The spring tension is perfect to keep the drawer tightly sealed, but easily opened. Minor quibble with the size of the mounting hole, very small.

These appear to be very well made; nice finish, heavy gauge metal, smooth operation. Strong spring for holding the turn-tab.

Cons

Not good for any mobile applications.

I bought the factory hybrid stainless steel latches from igloo to upgrade and they too are garbage.

The upper latch and the bottom catch assembly have two different size mounting holes.

Competitiveness

I found that usa #4 screws were small enough to fit both hole sizes without the heads risking slipping through the larger hole.
