This is a quality product, weighty and very solid.
After that, it worked perfect and has been great for the past 6 months.
I have been making buttons for 7 years and doing so hurt my hands/wrists when cutting out the button images and took forever.
It takes a moment to get the hang of adjusting the image in the cutter, but the process is very fast and the cuts come out clean.
Price
I was very, very hesitant to purchase this item due to the price.

Putting towelspaper through to try and clean it was not enough

I had to take it apart and wipe the inner parts down to ensure there was no transfer
