This is an issue because it doesn't fall where a bra band would… it cover the top half of my bust and dropped from there so it just hangs in an unflattering way. As you can see in the picture, the smocked bust area isn't even as long as my hand.

It has the basics of what you would need in a summer dress - it is gorgeous, it has pockets, it is stylish, and it fits.

Now the bad, the dress would not stay put.

Elastic on sleeve cuffs is tight, you might have to cut it halfway.

Price

I think the price is right, it's a pretty dress on the hanger, i just wish it had worked out better for her.
