Pros

This is just as it was pictured and it looks really nice. This is very pretty and flattering. It fits me very nicely.

Make an entrance for st. Patrick's day. The concept is unique. Can't be beat for the price.

There are actually two layers along the bottom—the velvet and the sheer. The sheer easily billows in the wind. The color is vibrant teal. Of the brands i tried, this one looks neater and nicer.

Cons

The chiffon frill isn't well stitched. Materiel is inexpensive polyester velour, not velvet.

The return process with this company *. It is so cheap i will be returning it. Sending it back today, very disappointed.

I am very pleased with my purchase so i ordered another in black and will probably get more, it is that nice.

Maybe it’s just the bright color throwing me off, but it’s definitely made well and very pretty.

If i were to purchase again i’d go with the small for sure.

Because of the picture with the model, i did order a size smaller for a more fitted look.
