Pros

My waist is 39 and the skirt is 28 when not stretched.

Beautiful skirt. Looks nice, flows prettily. I love the detail in the middle bottom tier- it adds extra flair.

A little long but works with casual wedges. it's way longer than midi, it's definitely maxi. But that's ok, i like maxi length.

Cons

It's too frumpy for my size and shape. Flimsy fabric and ridiculously small waist size. Never again. I need for my clothes to last and this skirt did not.
