Great customer service an excellent price for this size unit, great looking unit, looks good in the window, easy to install.

More than i’ve paid for any air conditioner (especially since it has to be drained regularly and manually using a bucket ).

It was a great deal when i originally ordered it for around $350.

Packaging/appearance

Arrived with broken fan, repairing fan myself because fedex dropped ac unit and broke condenser fan upon delivery

Competitiveness

The drainage line is better improved than older 6+ year old models of similar cost.
