Pros

This ac unit is easy to install and overall works well. It cools pretty quickly and is a little loud but not so much that it's a bother to us. It's pretty loud but since i only use it when i'm going to bed it serves as mywhite noise instead of my fan.... Read More

Cons

The window vent hose draws hot air into the room and then blows it out the window. The window units even drain themselves. Still no refund, and no way to contact the seller.
