Pros

The air conditioner is very easy to use and helps to keep upstairs room comfortable. Exhaust hose length is sufficient.

It makes the room cold quickly and quiet for an air conditioner. Convenient for hot tx summer heat. Keeps cabin cool. The cooling effect is also good.

This ac unit is much louder. It's pretty loud but since i only use it when i'm going to bed it serves as mywhite noise instead of my fan. Cools it down pretty. High drain hard to get.

Cons

This experience has been by far the most frustrating. Still no refund, and no way to contact the seller except to leave a review. Now i have to deal with the hassle of returning a heavy ac unit and having a hot room because their product *.

The window units even drain themselves.
