Pros

The fireplace is terrific especially for the price. Two heat modes (750 and 1500 w) provide excellent heat flow to warm up a bedroom or small/medium living room. He heat is pretty good for the size of the heater.

It has maybe 20-25 different color schemes, puts out a decent amount of heat and looks pretty contemporary. The remote is very handy to change colors or heat. It also has a timer if you want. It is everything that i wanted and stalked pinterest for.

I'm impressed, which isn't easy to do. Was packaged well inside. It look sooo good and expensive.

Only had to cut 1 stud to flush mount it into the standard 16 on center stud wall. The instructions are not the clearest, but if you are hands on, you can figure it out pretty easy. Customer support is great as well if you have any issues.

Cons

Unable to reach company to inquire about warranty. The instructions are for a different model and in broken english. I either have to return and buy again or i'm hoping the seller will contact to send me the remote that was suppose to come with the pr... Read More

The fan/blower sounds like it blows a variable speeds rather than a consistent speed. Upon installation, when turned on the unit made loud rubbing/ grinding noise.
