Pros

Doesnt look cheesy or cheap. Its well made and sturdy. Easy to install. Very understandable install and easy setup directions.

The heat element is good, but heats a small area. We have this in our basement family room (about 1000 sq ft) and it warms it up nicely. Heater works well warms up my living room fast.

Really love this. The flames are so realistic it is unbelievable. The colors are very vivid and flames look nice. No regrets, wish the flame was a bit more realistic but i love it.

Lots of color choices for the flame and speed of the flame flicker. Only downside is the remote which is non-responsive about half the time. Overall i'm very happy that i made this purchase and recommend it without reservation.

Cons

Couldn't turn it on from the fireplace itself or by remote. Just spontaneously stopped working. No warranty no help.

I can already tell the quality of this unit surpasses my previous one.

The quality and features of this makes it a steal.

I had a small issue with the remote and seller immediately sent me a new one.

Overall it's quite cozy looking on cold days and with the heater off and flame animation on the room seems warmer.

Packaging/appearance

I didn't turn on the heat because i had packaging around the unit.

Using a paint stick eases that issue as the harness is then out of the way.
