The item came a week late because for some reason it marked delivered for an address in florida.

It came very well packed in a box-in-box style container.

The window plate part was too long for a normal sized window so i had to take it to a hardware store to have it cut down otherwise the installation part was easy

We had to put wood in the bottom of the window because the exhaust tube needs to be at a raised up angle and we have a dresser in front of the window
