Pros

If you're looking for something easy on the budget that will give you some extra storage space, this is a good bet. Keeps food nice and frozen. Purchased as a second opt for extra meat storage.

Customer service responds professionally to any questions! The manufacture gets the best rating i can give for packaging.

The freezer has since been plugged in and seems to be keeping temp. Also, it is very energy efficient and surprisingly quiet.

Cons

I was awarded a refund within a few days. It’s a waste of money and doesn’t work.
