Pros & Cons
Pros
Everything was well protected with styrofoam bumpers, plastic bags, etc. Nothing damaged on it. Not a single scratch. Looks really beautiful and not cheesy. I like that the heating element has plenty of clearance from the floor.
This little heater looks nice and warms the room nicely. Gives the room a cozy feel.
The r. Flame electric fireplace infrared stove heater is a very strong addition to our living room. Game changer. Only drawback is the sound of the blower fan on the 2nd setting is a little louder than i’d prefer.
Cons
Got in a pallet sale. Fluke or not, it is over the replacement/return policy.
This is rated for 1500 watts but in high only consumes 1150-1260watts. Only 2 heat settings. Weak and meh.
Highlights
Quality
It's quality is very nice and definitely sturdy.
Great quality product at a good price.
The remote only works if you are directly in line with the heater.
Shipping
Well packaged for shipping, took minimal installation (putting on feet and decor inside fireplace) and getting to preferred settings.
Packaging/appearance
Upon opening the box i was impressed with the packaging which made unpacking it a breeze.
Competitiveness
We bought this to heat our 12x14 sunroom that is minimally insulated.
One for 1000 w output and the second for more heat, 5000w more for a total of 1500w.
