Pros
The faux flame and logs aren't the fanciest i've seen on the market but are still cute. The packaging was really well done, the product is really great. The customer service is outstanding. This organization performs at a high level of integrity.
The heater isn't bad, but don't think it's going to heat the whole floor. The heat output has 2 modes(high & low) it also has a timer for the heater. On high, heats our 13x20 mbr to 68 degrees from 60 in about an hour.
It is perfect for our rv. Installed in about 10 minutes, open box, plug in power, slide in place.
Cons
The flame projectormotor causes a ticking noise (the faster the flame speed the faster the ticking noise) which over the course of time has gotten louder and louder. The fan has also developed a constant rattly/vibration noise which sounds like bearin... Read More

The fireplace worked great during the winter but now that its out of warranty the lights are on and wont turn off unless its unplugged from the wall

It does put out heat but we ended up also installing a base board heater because it is a cabin in the mountains where it gets quite a bit of snow
