Pros

It has 7 flame heights, but the difference between them is negligible. The flame is nice, the heater is awesome and it's really solid construction. It has two adjustable heat settings and adjustable flame settings.

The heater works so well. It emits a good amount of heat for my home office (standard 10x12 foot space) and looks nice. Nice to have to just turn on for a couple of hours without having to turn on furnace higher.

The unit was shipped quickly and packaged securely. The only complaint i have is with the shipper. It was left downstairs for two days.

Cons

This was sent without hardware. The fire is so faint now that i can barely see it. Unable to put this product together due to wrong item in kit.
